Kristin Morris, SAA Oral History Section Steering Committee Member and Cisco Archivist at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA, has spent 20 years as a curator and collections manager in local history museums. 

On Thursday April 20, 2023, Kristin presented about her experience getting oral history programs up and running (planning, conducting interviews, enlisting volunteers) to the LAS Section.

UnBOXed: Oral History Processing and Access at Small Institutions

Cali Vance is the Archivist for The Bush School, a private K-12 school in Seattle, WA. As creator and caretaker of The Bush Archives, Cali is in charge of establishing and maintaining workflows and standard procedures. The preface of The Bush Archives is the Centennial celebration from August 2023 to June 2024. Cali is in charge of the oral history component for the celebration! 

In her April 27, 2023 presentation to the LAS Section, Cali described processing oral histories (including transcriptions), file naming conventions, and providing access at a private institution.
