With a mandate from the Council and the membership at large to experiment with new ideas, SAA is shaking things up for its 79th Annual Meeting in Cleveland!  The most obvious change is the venue itself: For the first time, SAA will meet in a convention center rather than a conference hotel.  But changes in the program development process also are in the works. The deadline for proposals is midnight on Wednesday, October 8. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered.
